Today we saw our last patients at Tio Juan Clinic.
Kevin our last patient, was a future missionary. He had concerns when he got in the chair. I showed him the patito that we give to the little children to allay their fears.
He chuckled but soon had it in his right hand squeezing like mad! Once his ear phones were in (Pokemon themes) and the volume was up he was the perfect patient.
Drawers are clean, carts are in order.
The Spendloves, new dental missionaries arrive next Monday. We will orient them to the clinic and then take them grocery shopping and to the mission office to get their phone and car. We will teach them how to navigate the traffic in order to get safely to the the dental clinic each day. They will learn to depend on "Waze." We leave then in good hands. Elder Larry and Sister Paula Fisher have been here six months and are pros. (The Lord doth provide 🙏).
Gary and I both know that without each other and Heavenly Father's love and guidance this dental mission in Guatemala would not have been possible. We sing praises!

Good luck on your future endeavors. It'll be weird not to see your wonderful posts!
